Can my designs be used commercially?
We are so thrilled when any of our designs are chosen to be part of a commercial production run!!
However, any design that will be EITHER manufactured on 50 single items or more OR stitched by a third party on your company's behalf (a manufacturer) must have this commercial license fee purchased in addition to the design itself. Our commercial license fee can be purchased here
How do I access/use my TCA Reward Points?
Upon logging in to your account, there is a teal shopping bag with heart icon that will appear on the lower right side of your screen. Click on that icon. Next, click on Ways to Redeem. If you have earned enough points to redeem a coupon code then there will be a Redeem button highlighted in blue. If you have more than 50 points, there is a slider bar with a circle above the word Redeem you must move to decide if you wish to use all or just some of your points. Upon clicking Redeem, you'll be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a blue button to Apply Code which will automatically apply that coupon code to checkout. If you wish to save the code for a later time, it will be stored under the Your Rewards section. It's important to note that TCA Reward Points trump any other coupon code you may also have to use on our website.
What does "sole use" mean?
In accordance with United States copyright law, when you purchase a digital file from The Classic Applique only the purchaser of the design(s) can use the file(s). The purchaser of the design MAY NOT email, share, trade, give, loan, or claim the design as their own work in any way.
What if I forgot to enter in or missed a coupon code?
Unfortunately, we are unable to retro-honor coupon codes, whether you forgot to enter during your purchase, missed the deadline, or didn't know about the code until it had expired. We also post on our social media pages about any sales going on and all the details! We have links to our social media pages at the top of the website!
Do I offer refunds?
The Classic Applique goes above and beyond to create designs with the utmost stitch integrity. Due to the immediate download nature of our designs, refunds will not be given. However, if you encounter a problem, please feel free to contact us to troubleshoot together.
What formats are offered?
The Classic Applique offers designs in PES, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, VP3, VIP, SEW, and XXX formats.
I'm having trouble logging in and/or checking out.
Usually any website issues can be traced back to browsers. So, if you find that you're having a hard time logging in or checking out, try to clear your cache or logging in on a different browser (i.e. Internet Explore instead of Chrome.)
